NEWSPHONE collaborated with Laiki Bank in the organization of the “Radio-Marathons” of Love in 2004 and 2005.
These actions invited citizens to send SMS from their cellular phones, in order to contribute to the initiative of Laiki Bank to raise money for the children with special needs.
Public response was warm in both years, since the SMS sent were more than 28,000.
